From Baltimore (Interstate 97 South)

• Take Interstate 97 South to the end and follow signs for U.S. Route 50 East.
• Continue on U.S. Route 50 East to exit 24 (Rowe Blvd / Bestgate Rd).
• Turn left at the bottom of the ramp onto Bestgate Rd.
• Turn left at the first traffic light onto Tidewater Colony Drive.
• Continue to the end of the road and Tidewater Colony will be on your left.

From Washington D.C. (Capital Beltway)

• Take the Capital Beltway (I-95/I-495) to Exit 19B (Route 50 East).
• Take U.S. Route 50 East to exit 24 (Rowe Blvd / Bestgate Rd).
• Turn left at the bottom of the ramp onto Bestgate Rd.
• Turn left at the first traffic light onto Tidewater Colony Drive.
• Continue to the end of the road and Tidewater Colony will be on your left.

From the Eastern Shore / Bay Bridge (U.S. Route 50 West)

• From the Bay Bridge continue on U.S. Route 50 West to exit 24B (Bestgate Rd).
• Turn left at the first traffic light onto Tidewater Colony Drive.
• Continue to the end of the road and Tidewater Colony will be on your left.
